Formation of Sanatan Conservation Committee

When there was no response from Modi ji, Shankaracharya Swami Shri Avimukteshwarananda Ji Maharaj decided to form “Sanatan Sanrakshan Samiti”.

Finally, this committee was formally constituted on December 26, 2025.

Why is there a need to form Sanatan Sanrakshan Samiti?

For a long time, millions of Hindus in the country have felt the absence of an effective “religious Hindu organization.” Currently, most Hindus view the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as a “so-called Hindu political party” masquerading as Hindutva, which has failed to meet the expectations of the Hindu public over the past 12 years.

Similarly, the “Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh” is seen as merely a “social Hindu organisation,” which now appears helpless and incapable of facing the current challenges.

In such a situation, it had become a necessity for the society to form a “Religious Hindu Organization” to solve the problem of indifference, weakness and disorder in the Hindu society and to make it reorganized, strong and powerful.

Realizing this imperative, the “Sanatan Sanrakshan Samiti” was formed under the leadership of Shankaracharya Swami Shri Avimukteshwarananda Ji Maharaj of Jyotirmath. Until the “Sanatan Sanrakshan Parishad” is formally announced, this “committee” will fulfill the full responsibilities of a “council.”
